Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles. Locations impacted include... Westminster, Eldersburg, Reisterstown, Taneytown, Hampstead, Manchester, Gamber, New Windsor, Union Bridge, Libertytown, Finksburg, Carrollton, Freeland, Upperco, Bentley Springs, Linwood, Uniontown, Unionville, Butler and Lineboro.
