Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles. Locations impacted include... Front Royal, Warrenton, The Plains, Delaplane, Linden, Hume, Marshall, Chester Gap, Flint Hill, Washington, Huntly, Riverton, Hackleys Crossroads, Amissville, Jeffersonton, Cresthill, Karo, Turnbull, Glen Echo and Bentonville.
